About DACHma Talent
DACHma Talent connects employers in Germany with talent from Morocco
DACHma Talent is the employer-facing brand for structured recruitment from Morocco, with clear responsibilities, factual communication and long-term support.

Why DACHma Talent exists
German employers should not have to organise international recruitment as an unconnected series of individual tasks. DACHma Talent brings needs assessment, search, selection, preparation and support together in a transparent process.
For employers, the greatest coordination effort often arises at the points of transition: the search profile must align with selection, selection with the required documents, and entry with a prepared workplace. DACHma Talent treats these transitions as a connected task. It therefore remains clear which decision is next, who prepares it and what information is needed.
This ambition does not mean that every step is taken over or every outcome can be controlled. The service is designed as dependable process support. It organises tasks, prepares decisions and keeps sight of open points. The employer retains its technical responsibility, candidates fulfil their obligations to cooperate, and independent bodies make their own decisions.
Consistently focused on the employer's perspective
DACHma Talent works on recruitment and search assignments for companies and institutions in Germany. The service is not a public jobs board; candidates are sought and assessed for specifically defined needs. Executives, experienced specialists and high-potential professionals may also make confidential speculative contact through the executive-search area.
Employer communication separates workplace questions from public candidate acquisition. Companies should quickly understand which details are needed for a search, which selection options they have and which internal preparation contributes to a good start. Employer content therefore consistently leads from the staffing need and search profile to selection, contract, preparation and onboarding.
DACHma Talent does not publish job advertisements or build a public candidate database. Speculative approaches from executives, experienced specialists and high-potential professionals are accepted confidentially only through the separate executive-search area. Personal details are used to assess possible search assignments and are not treated as freely accessible marketing material.

Describe your staffing needsA connection between Germany and Morocco
Morocco as the country of origin and Germany as the destination market provide a clear framework. DACHma Talent connects the staffing needs of German employers with structured search, selection and preparation in Morocco.
Cooperation between Germany and Morocco requires an understanding of different educational pathways, working cultures, communication practices and organisational processes. DACHma Talent does not turn these differences into an advertising cliché, but takes them into account when translating employer needs and preparing candidates for the specific workplace in Germany.
Employers receive a clearly described scope of service and a dedicated contact for the agreed process stages. The people shown on this website are stock-image models and do not represent actual customers, candidates or team members.
Founder and editorial responsibility
Ramciss Hasbi is the founder of DACHma Talent. The German-Moroccan entrepreneur lives in Switzerland and brings his perspectives on recruitment from Morocco, the German-speaking labour market and real estate to its professional direction. He is responsible for the practical assessment of published content in the Insights section.
As a German-Moroccan founder, Ramciss Hasbi combines personal knowledge of both living and business environments with a clear employer perspective. From his base in Switzerland, he considers requirements from Germany, conditions in Morocco and the expectations of international talent in a factual manner. This bridging role shapes the professional direction of DACHma Talent and the content of its Insights section.
His areas of experience are recruitment from Morocco and real estate. For DACHma Talent, this means that staffing needs are not considered in isolation but together with the workplace, accommodation, mobility and a realistic arrival at the company. Decisions on hiring, visas and recognition nevertheless always remain with the employers and the relevant independent bodies respectively.
Structured quality and preparation
The Employer Assessment, Candidate Assessment, Candidate Passport and employer interview connect workplace requirements with a transparent pre-selection. Germany Ready, onboarding and Aftercare also address the start within the business.
Structured quality begins with consistent questions. Which tasks must a person genuinely be able to perform? Which evidence is relevant? How important are customer contact, shift work, willingness to learn or local mobility? The answers are prioritised in the search profile and revisited later in the Candidate Assessment and employer interview.
Preparation is not treated as a standardised one-off measure either. A skilled worker and an apprentice, a care facility and a skilled-trades business, or an urban and rural location have different requirements. Germany Ready and the handover into onboarding are therefore aligned with the individual project. The internal confirmation of quality remains clearly distinct from official or professional qualifications.
Transparent boundaries
DACHma Talent coordinates and supports. Employers decide on hiring, authorities decide on visas and competent bodies decide on recognition. Promises of success do not blur these roles.
Transparency matters particularly where DACHma Talent has no decision-making power. Visas, recognition and official processing can be prepared and supported organisationally, but the outcome and timing rest with the competent bodies. Successful recruitment and permanent staff retention cannot be guaranteed either.
Trust arises from a transparent approach: clear criteria, an employer-led decision, comprehensible status updates, prepared handovers and twelve months of Aftercare. The complete legal details of the provider are set out in the Legal Notice.
