Candidates and country of origin

DACHma Talent focuses on skilled workers and apprentices from Morocco for employers in Germany. It does not market worldwide recruitment or indiscriminate recruitment from across Africa. Official information for employers is available from Bundesportal Make it in Germany.

The focus is on skilled workers and apprentices from Morocco for employers in Germany. This does not mean that every occupational profile is available at all times. An Employer Assessment first clarifies the role, number of people, intended start date, qualifications, language needs, working model, location and accommodation. DACHma Talent can then assess a realistic search route. There is no public jobs portal. Executives, experienced specialists and high-potential professionals may, however, submit a speculative profile confidentially through the separate executive-search area.

The skilled-worker and apprenticeship routes remain different even when the country of origin is the same. For skilled workers, the assessment considers the qualification, experience and intended area of responsibility; for apprentices, educational background, career motivation, willingness to learn and the realities of Germany's dual vocational training system receive greater emphasis. Documents, interviews and any procedures are planned separately as a result. Mentioning Morocco describes the service's country of origin, not a blanket statement about any individual's suitability. Only the German employer decides on recruitment after assessing the proposed profiles itself. This distinction prevents simplistic comparisons and creates fair expectations for each route into working life in Germany.

Qualifications, language and selection

The Candidate Assessment and Passport structure approved information. Language and qualification requirements are defined for the particular role; the employer makes the final decision.

The Candidate Assessment is based on the specific search profile. Approved documents, career history, motivation, reliability, willingness to learn and role-related communication are considered systematically. The Candidate Passport brings together the findings and open questions for the employer, but it is neither an official certificate nor a guarantee of technical aptitude. Evidence is presented only as it exists and has been checked responsibly. The final technical assessment takes place in the employer interview and, where appropriate, in further workplace assessment steps that are legally permissible. It remains transparent which information is evidenced and which still needs to be considered by the employer in the interview.

Language requirements depend on the task, contact with customers or patients, documentation, safety and the relevant procedure. DACHma Talent therefore specifies no universal level for every occupation. Certificates may be relevant but are supplemented by observations during the discussion and the role-specific assessment. Employers define the communication required at work and assess it in their own interview. An observed level may develop but is neither fixed permanently nor presented as a guarantee of particular progress by the start date. Language assessment remains specific, fair and transparently documented for the intended work.

Recognition, visas and entry

DACHma Talent coordinates organisational steps. Authorities and recognition bodies decide independently, so neither the outcome nor its timing can be guaranteed.

After the employer's decision, the contract, required documents and appropriate procedural route are placed in a transparent sequence. DACHma Talent assists and coordinates organisational steps where these form part of the agreed project scope. Only the competent bodies decide whether recognition is required, which documents are sufficient and whether a visa is granted. Even complete preparation does not constitute a promise of results. Timelines are communicated as the current planning position and updated following requests for further information, changes of appointment or new official information. This openness is more useful to workforce planning than a seemingly precise but unreliable date in the calendar.

The employer and candidate must each provide their own contributions on time. These may include contractual documents, evidence of qualification, translations, forms or additional declarations; the precise list depends on the individual case. DACHma Talent makes responsibilities and open points visible but replaces neither legal advice nor official examination. Binding information must be obtained from the competent bodies. The desired entry date continues to depend on their decisions and processing and is therefore not promised as a fixed delivery date. Cooperation, process coordination and official decision-making remain distinct and visible at every stage of the procedure.

Accommodation, onboarding and integration

Key conditions are clarified early. Germany Ready, the company's induction plan and twelve months of Aftercare create a structured transition.

Accommodation is discussed early because its address, cost, accessibility and relationship to shift times all affect the start of work. The Employer Assessment clarifies whether the employer provides housing, assists with the search or whether other options exist. DACHma Talent can coordinate the agreed information and steps but does not guarantee accommodation. Landlords, transport operators and authorities act independently. Arrival, key handover, the journey to work and contacts should be confirmed before travel; any changes are reflected in further planning. Housing is therefore treated from the beginning as a specific prerequisite for the start rather than an incidental personal issue.

Germany Ready prepares candidates for working life or vocational training, communication, housing and settling in independently. Workplace onboarding begins with the employer's actual duties, rules, instruction and points of contact. Twelve months of Aftercare then provide regular check-ins for questions concerning induction, the team and daily life. DACHma Talent supports communication, while staff management and technical responsibility remain with the business. Neither preparation nor Aftercare guarantees a conflict-free course, performance or permanent retention. This allocation keeps support accessible while protecting the employer's responsibility in daily operations.

Individual proposal and clear agreement

There is no flat service fee. The scope, milestones and conditions of any possible replacement search are governed by an individual proposal and the contract for the specific assignment.

Because the occupation, number and type of staff, search effort and support required vary, there is no flat service fee. Following the needs assessment, an individual proposal describes the scope, responsibilities and milestones. Employers can therefore review which services form part of their own project before making a decision. The commercial decision remains transparent without artificially treating very different assignments as equal through a general price.

A possible one-off replacement search applies only where it is agreed in the final contract and the conditions set out there are met. It means neither an automatic replacement candidate nor a guarantee of placement, visa, entry or retention. Before a new search, it may be appropriate to consider whether the profile or working conditions need adjustment. Data protection also applies on a project basis: candidate data is provided only to the necessary, approved extent for the selection process and is not published as an openly accessible database of profiles. Contractual boundaries and data protection therefore remain transparent for both sides even when a project encounters difficulties.
