Controller

The controller is DACHMA ADVISORY S.A.R.L. AU, as named in the Legal Notice. The binding contact details are set out in that provider identification.

Hosting and visits to the website

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich on servers in Germany. The hosting provider processes technically necessary connection and server-log data to deliver pages, prevent attacks and enable stable operation. Enquiries, administrative data and newsletter data are held in an access-controlled MariaDB database; media uploaded for editorial use is stored in the protected hosting account. Processing by the hosting provider is carried out under the agreed data processing arrangement.

Contact, staffing-needs and executive-search enquiries

The forms process first name, last name, email address, telephone number and the respective information requested about the company, staffing needs, search assignment or professional profile. The information is stored in the protected database and can be viewed only in the authorised administration area. Enquiries can be processed, archived or deleted there. The public enquiry forms do not provide for file uploads.

Candidate profiles and matching

CVs and optional profile photographs are recorded only in the protected administration area for specific recruitment and search processes. Files are encrypted and stored outside the publicly accessible website directory. A candidate profile contains only the contact, qualification, experience, language and availability information required for the relevant selection purpose. The legal basis and deletion deadline are documented when each profile is created; the profile and private files are deleted when that deadline expires.

Uploaded PDF files are checked technically against the permitted format and a narrowly defined structure. Other document formats are not accepted. Information may be pre-structured from the PDF to support administrative work, but it is not treated as verified. Before release, a person reviews the complete profile against the original document. This structural check is not a promise that a file is free from malicious software.

Matching compares approved occupational criteria such as required skills, professional experience, languages, education, target role and availability using fixed, explainable weighting. Name, photograph, email address, telephone number, age, gender, nationality, family status, religion, health or disability information and private address are not used in the score. The result is decision support; it neither rejects a person automatically nor makes an employment decision. Review and selection always remain with responsible people.

Candidate information is disclosed to employers only where necessary for the documented selection process and permitted under applicable data-protection law. Inclusion in a future talent pool or use for a different assignment requires a separate, valid basis.

Cookies and consent

Essential cookies store the selected privacy setting and secure administration sessions. The consent choice applies for no more than 180 days and includes a version number. If the administration changes this version, you will be asked to choose again. Statistics cookies are set only after explicit consent and can be withdrawn at any time through ‘Cookie settings’.

Consent-based anonymous statistics

Following consent, the website records page views and selected clicks using a random browser ID. The page path, time, referring host and strictly limited event information are stored. The raw IP address and user agent are not stored in the analytics database. The browser ID is hashed on the server before storage; events older than 180 days are deleted automatically.

  • No advertising profiles
  • No tracking before consent
  • Can be disabled in the administration area

Newsletter and double opt-in

When you subscribe to the DACHma Talent newsletter, DACHma Talent processes your first name, last name, company, email address, consent wording, Privacy Notice version, and subscription and confirmation status. Emails begin only after you confirm the link sent to your email address. Every message contains an unsubscribe link; you can unsubscribe at any time with future effect.

Administration and media

The protected administration area processes security data for email codes, sessions, change logs, editorial posts, uploaded media and the documented handling of candidate profiles and search requirements. Codes are valid for ten minutes and sessions for eight hours. Passwords and codes are not stored in plain text. Access is restricted to the authorised administration account; exports and private candidate files are not cached publicly.

Your data protection rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have in particular the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn with future effect. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. The controller's contact details are available in the Legal Notice.
