End-to-end support, not contact selling
Why employers recruit internationally with DACHma Talent
DACHma Talent combines precise needs assessment, quality-led pre-selection, practical preparation and long-term support, with clear boundaries of responsibility.
Quality before quantity
The process begins with a robust search profile and aims to produce a well-founded pre-selection. A large number of unfiltered CVs is not a promise of quality.
For DACHma Talent, quality begins with the question of whom the company genuinely needs. Tasks, qualifications, language needs, working model, location and accommodation are brought together in a robust search profile. Only then is recruitment in Morocco aligned with suitable criteria. A short list of well-founded profiles is more valuable than a large number of unfiltered CVs. This does not guarantee a placement: availability, interest, employer selection and procedures all remain variable. The process makes decisions more transparent without anticipating an outcome. Quality work remains assessable even if the market does not produce a suitable appointment.
The Candidate Assessment considers not only documents but also motivation, willingness to learn, communication and the consistency of information in relation to the role. The Candidate Passport brings this information together and identifies open points instead of claiming to present a complete picture. Employers can compare profiles more purposefully and prepare their interviews. DACHma Talent issues neither an official certification nor an independent assessment of suitability. Quality means structured evidence for decisions and clearly stated boundaries. Employers can therefore recognise uncertainty instead of having it concealed behind a polished profile presentation.
The employer retains control of the decision
The Candidate Passport and interview coordination provide clarity. Technical assessment, the contract and the hiring decision remain with the company.
The employer sets the essential and desirable criteria, conducts the decisive interview and makes its own selection. DACHma Talent coordinates appointments, provides approved information and helps make open questions visible. A pre-selection is therefore an invitation to carry out the employer's own assessment, not a completed hiring decision. The company is responsible for technical suitability, contractual terms and workplace fit. Candidates also receive the relevant information about the role so that their agreement is not based on incomplete or embellished expectations. This two-way transparency strengthens the basis for a considered and responsible contract in the particular staffing project.
Control of the decision includes the option not to take a profile forward after interview. Equally, a candidate may decide that the role, location or working model is not suitable. DACHma Talent records the next step and coordinates communication respectfully. Further organisational dependencies follow a positive decision; authorities and recognition bodies decide independently. A contract or positive selection therefore guarantees neither a visa nor a date of entry. This clarity protects both parties' freedom of choice throughout selection and preparation.

Describe your staffing needsPreparation that goes beyond documents
Germany Ready addresses working life, communication, housing and settling in independently. Its internal certificate is clearly distinguished from official credentials.
Germany Ready expands organisational preparation with specific situations from working life, communication, housing and independent arrival. Content is adapted to a skilled worker or apprenticeship, the sector, company and location. Employers provide the rules and processes that should be clear before the start. DACHma Talent prepares this transition but replaces neither technical induction nor mandatory safety instruction. The internal Certificate records the preparation completed and is expressly not presented as an officially recognised credential or evidence of qualification. Preparation therefore remains useful without overstating what it can achieve.
Pre-Departure and onboarding are linked so that arrival, accommodation, the first journey to work and company contacts are not treated as separate issues. Outstanding responsibilities are made visible before travel; on the first working day, the business assumes technical and organisational leadership. A progressive induction plan and clear feedback dates help both sides. DACHma Talent can support planning and handover. It would not, however, be credible to guarantee a smooth start, a particular rate of learning or subsequent staff retention. Organisational planning and company responsibility therefore meet cleanly in the workplace from day one.
One point of contact and clear status updates
The project phases and open points receive structured support. Independent official decisions and entry dates are not presented as certain.
A dedicated contact keeps the project phases, required contributions and open points together. Employers know which documents or decisions are needed next, while candidates receive clear information about the subsequent process. DACHma Talent coordinates status updates and identifies dependencies. If an authority requests further information or an appointment changes, the plan is updated rather than glossed over. Process support can neither set nor accelerate external processing times and replaces no binding legal or official information. It provides orientation without making the influence of external bodies appear artificially smaller or more predictable.
Clear communication also means stating uncertainty explicitly. Target dates are treated as the current planning position while documents, recognition or visas still depend on independent decisions. Responsibilities among the employer, candidate, DACHma Talent and competent bodies remain distinct within the project. Queries can therefore reach the right party. Transparency is not, however, a guarantee of a positive outcome. It reduces avoidable information gaps and enables well-founded next steps even if a procedure develops differently from the original expectation. This creates realistic expectations and protects cooperation from avoidable deadline pressure and premature blame.

Onboarding and twelve months of Aftercare
Support continues beyond arrival. A possible one-off replacement search applies only under conditions set out in the final contract and is not a guarantee of success.
After arrival, twelve months of Aftercare provide fixed opportunities to discuss induction, communication, the team, vocational training, accommodation and daily life. DACHma Talent structures feedback and agreed actions but takes over neither staff management nor technical responsibility. The employer remains responsible for working conditions, instruction and performance feedback. Support is intended to identify misunderstandings early and assist cooperation. It guarantees neither satisfaction, freedom from conflict nor retention, because personal, workplace and external developments continue to have their own effect. Aftercare therefore remains a committed supplement, not a substitute for company leadership and direct everyday communication.
A possible one-off replacement search is neither a general promise of quality nor an automatic replacement candidate. Whether it applies, its conditions and the cooperation required are governed by the individual recruitment contract. A renewed search also begins with a realistic profile, employer interviews and independent procedures. DACHma Talent avoids shortened guarantee language that suggests availability or entry. The value of the model lies in structured support and clear milestones, not an unrestricted promise of results. This contractual clarity is part of the approach and prevents false confidence on either side before a potential project even begins.
