Support following arrival

Twelve months of aftercare and a clearly defined replacement search

Integration begins on the first working day. A dedicated contact and planned check-ins support the employer and employee in working together for twelve months.

Regular opportunities for open dialogue

Planned check-ins create space for questions concerning work or training, language, accommodation, integration and team communication. The exact schedule is agreed for the project.

Check-ins are prepared so that specific observations, rather than only general impressions, can be discussed. These include progress with induction, how understandable tasks are, collaboration in the team, daily work or vocational-school experience, and practical matters concerning accommodation and mobility. The company and employee each have space for their perspective. DACHma Talent structures the feedback, records agreed next steps and ensures that workplace HR matters are not mixed with private concerns about daily life. Each meeting therefore ends with clear responsibilities, a reviewable objective and an agreed date for feedback.

The rhythm of discussions reflects typical transitions and the agreed project: initial experience after starting, progress during induction, changes later on and a shared review. If a relevant issue arises between planned appointments, it can be raised through the designated communication channel. Aftercare is not, however, a permanent on-call service. Responsibilities, availability and escalation routes are agreed transparently so that urgent workplace or personal matters reach the body that is genuinely responsible. Support remains accessible without permanently obscuring workplace emergency channels or personal support systems.

One contact for support throughout the process

The company and employees know whom to contact within the agreed scope. DACHma Talent moderates and structures discussions, but does not assume the employer's management responsibility.

A dedicated process contact prevents questions from being lost between recruitment, the company and a new living situation. The contact gathers the necessary information, separates observation from judgement and helps translate an issue into manageable steps. For example, they may moderate a discussion about unclear shift arrangements or pass on missing information concerning accommodation. Work instructions, warnings, performance appraisals and other management decisions continue to be made solely by the employer; DACHma Talent does not act as an outsourced HR department. This creates a dependable communication route while authority to issue instructions and employment-law responsibility remain clearly in the right place within the company.

Moderation works only with clear boundaries and respectful handling of data. Content is discussed for its defined purpose and is not automatically passed to every person involved. For sensitive matters, the parties establish who is responsible and what information is genuinely needed for a solution. DACHma Talent can facilitate understanding but cannot replace medical, legal or psychosocial professional advice. Where such support is needed, appropriate bodies must be involved; their assessment and actions also lie outside the process support. This boundary protects everyone involved and keeps the assistance focused on its agreed purpose.

Describe your staffing needs

Identify misunderstandings at an early stage

Unclear expectations, language questions or everyday matters are often easier to address when raised early. Aftercare is a structured way to reduce risk, not a guarantee of a particular outcome.

Early indications are often unspectacular: tasks are understood differently, feedback remains too general, the journey to work no longer works with a new shift, or expectations of independence diverge. Check-ins allow such signals to be made specific before positions become entrenched. The company and employee then agree realistic steps, such as explaining something again, setting a fixed feedback meeting or resolving an organisational matter. Whether these measures work depends on those involved and the individual case. The next update then shows whether an agreement was understood or needs to be made more specific.

Risk reduction does not mean that every problem can be prevented. Illness, personal decisions, operational changes or external procedures can affect the course of events without being controlled by aftercare. The support helps identify responsibilities, bring information together promptly and communicate decisions transparently. It replaces neither trustworthy management nor employees' personal responsibility. DACHma Talent therefore makes no promise of satisfaction, performance, absence of conflict or retention, but describes a dependable framework for dialogue. Precisely this measured boundary makes the communication framework robust and fair for both employers and employees.

Replacement search remains subject to the contract

One replacement search may apply solely under the conditions defined in the final contract. It guarantees neither a placement nor a visa, arrival date or permanent retention.

The term replacement search must not be understood as the automatic supply of a replacement person. Whether it is offered, which events are covered, what cooperation is expected and within what framework a new search may begin are determined solely by the final contract. Before restarting, the reasons why the original working relationship ended are examined, as is whether the search profile or company conditions should be adjusted. Availability, renewed selection, official decisions and entry remain separate steps that cannot be guaranteed. Every new assignment therefore again requires an objective starting point confirmed by both sides.

A possible one-off replacement search follows the same quality principle as the original assignment. DACHma Talent does not forward unassessed CVs merely to demonstrate a rapid formal replacement action. The employer continues to clarify requirements, conduct discussions and decide for itself whether to hire. If the contractual prerequisites are not met or a profile is no longer realistic, this does not create a blanket obligation to fill the position. The written terms agreed are decisive, not abbreviated wording on a service page or verbal expectations. This protects both sides from expectations that the actual scope of the contract cannot reliably support.

Use insights for future staffing needs

Feedback from onboarding and working together can improve future search profiles and company processes without making personal information public.

Aftercare indicates which parts of the search profile proved particularly important in practice. A role may require more language for documentation, a shift model earlier clarification of mobility, or a team a more specific induction plan. Such findings can inform a later Employer Assessment and make subsequent interviews more precise. They are not generalised into supposed success statistics. Personal feedback remains protected and is processed only in the context required for the particular project. This allows learning without turning confidential individual cases into general marketing claims or purported external benchmarks.

The company can also develop its process using the transitions that have been supported. Helpful improvements may include clearer responsibilities on the first day, more understandable safety information, fixed feedback questions or earlier coordination with vocational school. DACHma Talent can consolidate observations and identify potential improvements, but does not decide on internal organisational changes. The employer selects what is professionally and operationally appropriate. The aim is a learning process for future staffing needs without publicly assessing individual employees or deriving general promises from isolated cases. Support therefore benefits not only the current start but later staffing decisions too.
