1. Describe your staffing needs
Skilled workers, apprentices or both, together with the sector, occupation, number of people, desired start date, place of work and accommodation situation, form the initial basis.
Describe the role as it genuinely operates day to day. A precise job title is helpful but does not replace the duties, required experience, unusual working hours or level of customer and team communication. If several profiles are required, they can be stated separately. Unresolved points may expressly be marked as open and considered later during the Employer Assessment.
- Company and sector
- Profile or occupation sought
- Number and type of staff
- Start period and place of work
- Accommodation available, unresolved or to be clarified
2. Provide your business contact details
We require the company name, your first and last name, business email address and a telephone number for queries. These mandatory details allow us to assign the enquiry correctly and discuss the next step with you personally.
Business contact details are used solely to process the specific enquiry and coordinate the next step. A telephone number and business email address are mandatory so that any queries can be assigned reliably to the responsible person. Please state preferred time windows in the message only where they are important to arranging contact.

Describe your staffing needsAcknowledge the data protection information
The mandatory acknowledgement concerns the data protection information and links to the Privacy Notice. No file uploads are requested at the initial point of contact.
Do not send passport copies, certificates, health information or documents relating to individual candidates when first making contact. The form is designed for an employer's staffing needs, not personal application files. By selecting the mandatory acknowledgement, you confirm only that you have read the data protection information; it is not consent to advertising.
What happens after submission
The information is reviewed. Follow-up questions or a meeting help prepare the Employer Assessment. No specific response time or placement is promised.
A submitted enquiry is not yet a recruitment assignment or an assurance of availability. We first consider whether the target group, country of origin, occupational profile and conditions fit the approved service. Only after the structured needs assessment can the search route, required cooperation, individual scope of service and a realistic project plan be discussed.
How to make your enquiry more useful
A clear job description, actual working hours, desired qualification and unresolved conditions help with the initial assessment. Sensitive candidate or customer data should not be included in the first message.
Internal coordination before submitting the form is helpful: who decides on candidates, who conducts the technical interview, who prepares the contract and workplace, and who is responsible for onboarding? Questions concerning accommodation, the journey to work, shifts or vocational school should not be postponed until arrival either. The clearer the initial position, the more robust the later search profile will be.
